Taking the High Road: Making Ethical Decisions

Every day we are bombarded by stories of corporate scandals and ethical dilemmas in organizations. Once seen as a “nice to know,” ethics training is now a “must.” A commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically is fundamental to an organization’s existence and its success. The purpose of this program is to give participants an opportunity to explore the complexities of workplace ethics through a thought-provoking exchange of information and perspectives. Using a case-based approach, participants will be actively involved in exploring various ethical dilemmas and standards of conduct that guide their behavior in the workplace. This program is customized to reflect the standards and expectations specific to the organization.
